WebHi, as it is known, Cities Skylines requires quite a bit of RAM, and for some players, having many mods and assets can lead to lag or even being unable to play. I came up with a fairly simple solution that I was testing for a few days and it really worked well for me. WebI would say that 12GB of RAM is the bare minimum for playing modded Cities Skylines. You might be able to get away with 8GB though, as long as you are economical with your assets. However, I would recommend 16GB as it is more widely available than 12GB and will be enough to last you a good 5 years into the future. I hope this answers your question.
