Web22H2 completely broke my system with explorerpatcher installed. My desktop was gone. No wallpaper. No Taskbar. Just a blank (black) screen and a cursor. I could get into Task Manager and and Security screen (ctrL-alt-del) but that was it. Luckily I was able to launch cmd from the task manager and force my system into recover mode.
