The prefixes to my responses to meeting and appointment invitations, { Accepted: Tentative: Declined: } are being translated to Chinese. It looks like what happens (fake Chinese) when text gets interpreted as utf-16 encoding instead of utf-8. I think to fix it your client would need to talk to whomever is running the server. Sometimes if you use webmail instead of Mail it will work better.
